They are not a perfect fit, but so darn close that I gave it a 5 Star rating overall. The rear mats fit like a glove. They do provide more coverage than the factory rear mats do and being such a thick rubber should last the lifetime of the car. Of course it helps that the rear leg room in a Focus ST is extremely limited and thus the back seat will seldom be used.Now on to the front floor mats. Again both sides are larger than the factory mats and as such will provide much more protection coverage. The mats are a nice thick rubber which seems to be almost buttery soft and flexible. This is nice since the floorboards of the Focus are not flat, they do have some contour, dip and shape that goes unnoticed with the factory floor mats in place. These new mats are NOT form fitted for these dips and contour of the floor, however since they are a soft and flexible rubber they may or may not conform with use or summer heat over time. Even if they don't, they fit well enough that I don't see this being an issue.The passenger mat is a perfect cut and fit, no complaints what so ever.The drivers mat is the most ill fitting of the set. As others pointed out the holes that lock onto the factory anchor studs are not placed perfect and do cause an ever so slight rise or pucker of the mat between the achor studs of the OEM carpet. The "dead peda/foot restl" portion of the mat is over sized and does hang over towards the pedal maybe 1/2". Not sure that this will be an issue as to being in the way of the left foot while moving from clutch to brake to foot rest. If this does become an issue I am guessing that the excess over hang could be trimmed back with the use of a razor blade or sissors.Overall, these should provide great long time coverage. All 4 of the mats do have a nice raised lip around the outer edge of the mats to keep water, mud, ice or snow from spilling off of the mat. The mat as mentioned above is soft and pliable which not only make it fit and flex, but also feels good to the foot. The rubber give a firm grip to keep your foot in place while driving with out any worries of your foot slipping as on some of the other fittle floor mats on the market.And, Wait, there's more. the mats were packaged in a large clear and black vinyl zipper bag with red trim that can be used in the future for various storage duties. As for that small rectangle shaped mat in the photos, not sure what it's true purpose may be, but I tucked it in with the spare tire and jack so that should I ever need to change a flat I have something soft to kneel on.**************************************************************As a follow up to my review. I made mention above as to questioning whether the "dead pedal" portion of the mat would stay in place since it's cut and fitment were not dead on perfect and does hang off of the"dead pedal" inward towards the brake pedal. After driving with the front driver mat in place I have found that it is very easy that while moving your foot from the clutch to the "dead pedal" resting place, it is easy to catch the edge of the dead pedal portion of the mat which then folds over on to or just under the clutch pedal. This was a real pain in the butt while driving in traffic not knowing if the mat being stuck between my foot and pedal would cause an issue when braking for a stop. I have noticed that it is still possible to catch slightly the edge of my shoe on the "DP" mat, but it does stay in place with out causing any issues.
